Australian Delivery Schedule
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Regional locations 3 - 7 business days
If you want your order to receive priority fulfilment choose Express Post when checking out.
Note: During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Christmas) please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive.
We currently are not shipping internationaly due to increased shipping costs.

Our products are designed to last and we want you to be 100% in love with your purchase. However, if for any reason you aren't happy please contact us at email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can help.
As a small brand we are unable to pay for return postage unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty, of course we will replace it for you! The item will need to be sent back for us for assessment before a refund is confirmed. We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. However if you are happy to pay for postage for returns and adhere to the following conditions we will swap the product for you or offer a credit voucher.
Please note returned products must (unless deemed faulty) be:
- in the condition you received them;
- unwashed and with all tags still attached so that it can be re-sold;
- inside the original packaging which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit; and
- undamaged ('damage' may include the presence of fake tan, make up or other marks and the presence of the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other product and odours on the item).
We do not accept returns on SALE items.
We use our discretion if this condition is not met.
Please note orders will not be cancelled after checkout if you have changed your mind.

Please contact our Customer Service team at hello@consequenceofchange to initiate your Return Request and they will send you a pre paid satchel.
Pack all products, with your Exchanges & Returns form inside a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
Processing Refunds & Exchanges
Once received, we will inspect and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive your product and action your request.
Any refunds for faulty items will be processed back via your original form of payment.
If the item is faulty we will pay for the return shipping. However if it is a change of mind then the shipping fee needs to be paid. If you choose a new item then we will pay shipping.
