Do I need a Customer Account to shop online?
You can make a purchase as a guest. However, if you set up a customer account and become a VIP you will have access to our amazing loyalty benefits, like secret sales, faster checkout, VIP events and more.
I’ve made a mistake on my order, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed you cannot make amendments to your order. We can, however, cancel your order and a refund will be issued. You can then place a fresh new order. Refunds to your account may take 3 to 5 business days.
How do I know that your bags are limited editions?
At Consequence of Change we pay each artist outright for their work and therefore have approval to use on any bag. Each bag comes with a unique number, eg 1/20 which means first bag of 20 available.
